Obituary for Dolores Gaffney
Dolores (Kotowski) Gaffney, age 71 of Colts Neck, NJ passed away Saturday, March 20, 2021 at Riverview Medical Center in Red Bank. Dolores was born in Ozone Park, NY, before ultimately moving to Colts Neck, NJ. Before her retirement, Dolores was an office manager for a family owned Psychologists’ office in Red Bank. Dolores was an avid sports lover, who especially loved watching her NY Rangers hockey. She loved spending time with her children and being GiGi to her granddaughter, Savanna. She loved to sing and dance to her favorite music, drink her Chardonnay and be with her loved ones during family gatherings. Dolores had a sense of humor and an uncontrollable laughter that was often contagious. Dolores was a loving mother, grandmother, aunt, sister, sister-in-law, friend and neighbor. She will be greatly missed by all who had the honor of knowing her.
She is predeceased by the father of her children, James Gaffney, her parents Alexander & Bessie Kotowski and her brother Richard Kotowski. Surviving are her adored children and their spouses Danielle & Brendan Norek and Justin Gaffney & Jessica Perez, her much loved granddaughter Savanna James Norek, her brother James Kotowski and many loving family members, nieces, nephews, friends and neighbors.
