Diane Golden Ryan, age 68 of Sayreville, passed away peacefully on Sunday May 14, 2023 at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital in New Brunswick, surrounded by her loving family. Born in Brooklyn, NY, she had resided in Sayreville for the past 26 years. Before her retirement, Diane worked as a lunch aid at South River Elementary School in South River for many years. Her greatest joy was spending time with her family. She was a communicant of Our Lady of Victories church in Sayreville.
She is predeceased by her parents Patrick and Joan Golden, her husband Thomas Ryan and her brothers Patrick Jude and Michael John Golden.
Surviving are her children Michael Enriquez, Patrice Enriquez, Thomas Ryan Jr., her grandchildren Tee, Kimberly Diane, Kyle, Cameron, and Shane, her sister Joan Golden, Margaret Slick, Annie Golden, and a host of other relatives and friends who will miss her dearly.
Funeral services will be Thursday 8:15am from the Carmen F. Spezzi Funeral Home 15 Cherry Lane, Parlin, with a 9:30am Mass at Our Lady of Victories RC Church in Sayreville. Burial will follow at Resurrection Cemetery on Staten Island.
Calling hours at the funeral home will be Wednesday from 2pm to 4pm and 7pm to 9pm.
