Diane Lennan, age 75, of Sayreville, passed away on Monday, December 19, 2022 at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital in New Brunswick, with her loving family at her side. Born in Jersey City to the late Joseph and Anita Kwiatkowski, she had lived in Sayreville for the past 47 years. Before her retirement Diane was employed as a registered nurse for Sayreville Medical Group and Holmdel OBGYN. She will be remembered fondly for her love of her children and grandchildren, her love of reading, especially Stephen King novels, and her penchant for word find puzzles. She loved the beach and swimming in the ocean. Diane was beautiful, funny, and had an infectious laugh. But mostly she was kind. She loved everyone and they loved her. You would be hard pressed to find someone she knew who doesn’t have a story about something she did for them.

Diane is predeceased by her grandson Jack Edward Albright. She is survived by her beloved husband of 54 years Edward Lennan, her children and their spouses Colleen and James Albright, Kristen and Kevin Andree and Daniel and Trish Lennan, her brother and sister in-law Joseph and Cele Kwiatkowski, her grandchildren Meghan, Patrick, Connor, Cailin, Madeline and Shawn, as well as many loving cousins, nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
Calling hours are scheduled for 2pm to 4pm and 6pm to 8pm on Tuesday, December 27, 2022, at the Carmen F. Spezzi Funeral Home, 15 Cherry Lane, Parlin, NJ. Services at the funeral home begin 11am on Wednesday, December 28. A private cremation will follow.
