Darlene A. Coughlin, age 54 of Sayreville passed away Thursday December 3, 2020 at Raritan Bay Medical Center, Old Bridge. Born in South Amboy she has resided in the Sayreville area most of her life. Darlene was a graduate of Moberly High School, Moberly Mo. After graduation she entered the United States Air Force serving her country proudly in Desert Storm. Darlene was a member of Spotswood American Legion.
She is predeceased by her father Joseph F. Coughlin. Surviving are her partner of 8 years Greg McElroy, her mother Susan Knable Coughlin and her husband Walter Barbour of South Carolina, her siblings and their spouses Mary & Bob Cuomo of South Amboy, Brian & Joann Coughlin of Columbia Mo., and Colleen & Bob Miller of Romeo Mi., also her loving nieces and nephews Brianne Guarderas, Brandon Cuomo, Blake Cuomo, Gabrielle Miller and Jake Miller and a host of loving friends who will miss her greatly.
Funeral services will be private under the direction of the Carmen F. Spezzi Funeral Home 15 Cherry Lane Parlin, N.J.
Due to current Covid 19 restrictions, please note that a maximum of 100 visitors will be allowed in the funeral home at once and masks must be worn at all times.
