Obituary for Charlotte Garbowski
Charlotte Garbowski, age 84, passed away peacefully with her loving daughter Diane at her side on Monday July 1, 2019 in Lawrenceville, Georgia. Born in South Amboy, Charlotte had resided in Sayreville her entire life. Charlotte was a devout Catholic and is a communicant of Saint Stanislaus Kostka R.C Church, Sayreville.
She is predeceased by her parents Frank and Beatrice Lajewski, her husband Stanley Garbowski, sister Joan Lajewski, brother Frank Lajewski and niece and angel on her shoulder Rene Lajewski. Surviving are her children Stanley Garbowski (wife Lori), Rick Garbowski (wife Judy), Michele Garbowski and Diane Garbowski. Also surviving are her grandchildren Jessica Garbowski , James Garbowski (wife Kay) , Jesse Garbowski (wife Emily), Fred Maier, Jaden Hecht and Ty Hecht as well as her great grandchildren Lara, Archer, Deegan, Brody and Ryker, her brothers and their spouses John Lajewski (wife Joyce) and Raymond Lajewski (wife Bernadine) as well as many loving nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
A 9:30am Funeral Mass is being offered at St. Stanislaus Kostka R.C. Church, Sayreville on Saturday June 6, 2019. Burial to follow at St. Stan’s Cemetery, Sayreville. Letters of condolence, complete funeral details and directions may be found on maliszewskifuneralhome.com
