Parlin
Beverly Carlson Porpora, age 79 of the Parlin section of Sayreville passed away Thursday, September 10, 2015 at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital in New Brunswick. Born in Chicago she had resided in Parlin for 60 years. Before her retirement she was employed as a Supervisor for Greater NY Life Insurance Company in East Brunswick.

She is predeceased by her parents Bror and Carin Carlson, her husband Alfonse in 2011 and her sister Karin Dunkley. Surviving are her children and their spouses Jeanette and Joseph Dino, Michael Porpora, Gerard and Donna Porpora and Scott and Leonarda Porpora, 8 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held Monday 10am at the Carmen F. Spezzi Funeral Home, 15 Cherry Lane, Parlin with burial to follow at Chestnut Hill Cemetery in East Brunswick.
