Beverly Mann Nicely, age 79 of East Orange, passed away peacefully on Sunday, August 1, 2021, at her home. Born in Newark, she had lived in East Orange for many years. Before her retirement B worked for the City of East Orange in the Property Maintenance Department.
She is predeceased by her husband Alfred, her daughter Jodi Davis and her parents Jacob and Mary Mann.
Surviving are her loving daughters Kimberly Nicely, Renee Nicely, and Monica Spero, her cherished grandchildren Lauren, Jared, Jodi, Davell, Steven, Alan, Michael, and Lamont, her adored great-grandchildren Nova, Lyra, Xavier and Kamari, her sister Debra Handy, her brother Rodney Mann and a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins who will miss her dearly.
Calling hours at the Carmen F. Spezzi Funeral Home 15 Cherry Lane Parlin, NJ will be Thursday from 10am to 1pm. Funeral services will be held on Thursday at 12pm at the funeral home. A private cremation will follow.
