Antonio Silva age 66 of South River passed away Friday, January 7th, 2022 at his home in South River. Born in Coimbra, Portugal he immigrated to the United States in 1955 and has resided in South River until his passing. Before his retirement Antonio worked as a laborer for Local 472 Labors Union in Newark, NJ

He is predeceased by his parents Albino and Albertina Da Silva and his daughter Marcia Silva. Surviving are his loving wife of 45 years Maria Domingues, his daughters Ana and her husband Antonio Almeida, Maria Silva and Raquel Silva, his beloved grandchildren Eduardo, Bryan, Julio, Veronica, Viviane, Jessica, Tiago, Lucas, Kiera, Yasmin and Victoria as well as many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Funeral services will be held 6pm Thursday, January 13, 2022 from the Maliszewski Funeral Home 218 Whitehead Avenue South River. Calling hours at the funeral home will be Thursday from 4pm to 8pm Burial will take place in Praia de Mira, Portugal
