Obituary for Anna M Ryniec (Filip)
Anna M. Ryniec, age 99 of Sayreville passed away on Tuesday, February 22, 2022 at St Joseph’s Senior Home in Woodbridge. She was born in Summit Hill, PA to the late Peter and Blanche Filip. She was a long time parishioner of Sacred Heart RC Church in South Amboy. Anna enjoyed attending church bingos, trips to the casino, rock n roll music and all the attention she received from the loving and caring sisters and staff at St. Joseph’s Home.
She is predeceased by her husband John, her siblings; twin brother Larry Filip, Catherine Ondar, Helen Denarski, Emily Filip and Margaret Elliot and her daughter-in-law Donna. Surviving are her children and their spouses; Ann and Paul Kabara, Carl and Cindy Ryniec and Thomas Ryniec, her grandchildren; Paul Kabara, Kevin Kabara, Johnny Ryniec, Carla Relotto and Sean Ryniec, her great grandchildren; Paul Kabara Jr, Brianna Kabara, Daniel Relotto, Eleanor Ryniec and Christopher Ryniec, her sister; Victoria Bacskay and many nieces, nephews and in-laws of the Ryniec and Filip’s families.
Funeral services will be held 9:30am Saturday from the Carmen F. Spezzi Funeral Home, 15 Cherry Lane, Parlin with a 10am Mass at Sacred Heart RC Church in South Amboy. An Entombment will follow at St Gertrude Cemetery in Colonia. Visitation will be on Saturday from 8:30am to 9:30am at the funeral home. Masks are required while in the funeral home. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made in Anna’s name to St Joseph’s Senior Home, 3 St Joseph’s Terrace, Woodbridge, NJ 07095. Completed arrangements, directions, and letters of condolence to the family may be found at www.spezzifuneralhome.com.
