Angel G. Salazar IV, age 53, of Sayreville, NJ suddenly passed away on Sunday, October 8, 2023 at Hackensack Meridian Old Bridge Medical Center in Old Bridge, NJ. Born in Iloilo City, Philippines, to Angel Salazar III and Teresita Ganzon, and raised in San Jose, Antique, Philippines, Angel attended Antique National High School, the University of the Philippines – Diliman, and later, Hunter College in NY where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree. Before his passing, Angel worked for Visiting Nurse Services of NY, Centers Plan for Healthy Living, Healthfirst, Extended MLTC and Northwell Health as a registered nurse. Angel loved having family gatherings, was a glue to his family, and was a devoted husband, brother, uncle, son, and friend. He will be truly missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing him.

Angel is survived by his beloved wife, Irene Topacio-Salazar, his siblings Kim Salazar, and Allen Salazar and his wife, Abigail, his nephews, Anderson and Alexander, his mother Teresita Ganzon, his father Angel Salazar III, as well as many loving extended family and friends.

Viewing hours will be Friday, October 13, 2023, at 5:00 to 9:00 p.m. at the Carmen F. Spezzi Funeral Home, 15 Cherry Lane in Parlin, NJ. A funeral mass will be held on October 14, 2023, at 12:15 p.m. at Our Lady of Victories Church in Sayreville, NJ. A private cremation will follow.
