Parlin
Stephen Peter Caruso, age 47 of Parlin, passed away at his home. Born in Elizabeth, he had lived in Parlin for many years. Stephen was a chef who worked for several area restaurants. He was a graduate of Sayreville War Memorial High School in Sayreville and the Institute of Audio Research in NYC. He was a communicant of St. Bernadette’s RC Church.
Surviving are his parents Peter and Irene Caruso, his bother Mark Caruso and his wife Kelly, his sister Gina Pachkowski, his nieces and nephews Madeleine, Zackary, William, Alexandra, Luke, Emma Grace and many other loving family members and friends.
Funeral services will be Thursday 8:45am from the Carmen F. Spezzi Funeral Home 15 Cherry Lane Parlin, with a 9:30am funeral mass to follow at St. Bernadette’s RC Church. A private cremation will follow.
Calling hours at the funeral home will be Wednesday from 2pm to 4pm and 7pm to 9pm. In lieu of flowers donations can be made in Stephens name to the St. Bernadette’s renovation fund, 20 Villanova Rd, Parlin, NJ 08859.
