Obituary for Nancy M. Murray (Wortley)

Keyport
Nancy M. Murray, age 71 of Keyport passed away peacefully on Friday, July 14, 2017 at her daughter’s home in Little Silver surrounded by her loving family. Born in South Amboy as a part of the Wortley family, Nancy has lived in Keyport for the past 3 years, Cliffwood Beach for 7 years, as well as many other locations up and down the eastern seaboard. She received her LPN degree in Nursing after graduating high school, and before her retirement worked as the Director of the developmentally disabled adult center with Easter Seals in Old Bridge. Nancy loved to crochet and to garden, and always had room in her home for another loving animal.

Nancy is predeceased by her parents Chester & Madeline Wortley. Surviving are her beloved daughters Shea Murray of Matawan, and Grace & her husband Louis Zelekovic of Little Silver; her 3 loving grandchildren Kieran Wingler, and Zachary & Spencer Zelekovic; her siblings Chet Wortley of FL, Tom Wortley of South Amboy, Henry & his wife Cindy Wortley of Sayreville, and Lois Wortley of FL; as well as many loving aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, & nephews.

Graveside services will take place on Thursday at Christ Church Cemetery in South Amboy under the direction of the Carmen F. Spezzi Funeral Home, 15 Cherry Lane, Parlin.
