My condolences to the DeMonico family during this difficult time. I was one of Frank's roommates during freshman year at Rutgers. Throughout our time at Rutgers, with the RU Band, and post-Rutgers, he always smiled. I will never forget his boundless energy and enthusiasm. A passionate, caring, and good human being. I was very fortunate to go to school and graduate high school with Frank in South River. Frank was a very kind person. He never had an unkind word about anyone. The thing I remember most about Frank is his smile. Passing in the halls he always smile for all and always said Hello with his kind beautiful smile. Rest In Peace Frank.
