Here at Spezzi and Maliszewski Funeral Homes, we know that no two funeral services are the same. We strive to give each family the services they want, while keeping a personal touch to each. The list below is not meant to be exhaustive, it is just a sampling of what we offer.

- open 24 hours a day, every day of the year

- public and private viewing and visitation

- viewing for identification purposes

- embalming for public services (this is a temporary preservation process)

- sanitary care and sheltering of remains

- dressing, casketing and cosmotology

- religious services at a church, temple or mosque

- religious services at the funeral home

- graveside services

- memorial services at the funeral home or other facility

- burial at a cemetery, with help purchasing a plot if necessary

- entombments in a mausoleum, with help purchasing a crypt if necessary

- full service or direct cremations

- collecting all necessary information for death certificates and obituaries/death notice

- ordering additional death certificates if necessary

- writing obituaries and/or death notices to be run in newspapers

- shipping remains to any state or country

- receiving remains from any state or country

- pre-arranging and/or pre-paying for funerals

- help with SSI/Medicaid spend down

- help with claiming benefits from work to social security, to veterans benefits to insurance policies

- information for luncheons/repass

- information for ordering flowers and headstones

- we offer a full price range of caskets and urns

- we offer a large selection of memorial goods including prayer cards, thank you cards and register books

- access to the New Jersey State and the National Funeral Directors Associations resources
